Police Inspector James Harrington is assigned to investigate the mysterious suicide of a young mother. Before cutting her veins open, Christina Smith
suffocated her son Kane. Christina’s lover claims that before she committed a suicide,
her father frequently visited her and persuaded her to kill herself and her son.
Immediately after the conversation
with the Inspector, the man goes to the
abandoned house and also commits suicide.
At the funeral of
Christina the Inspector meets her sister Mary and Mary’s
young daughter Sarah, who tells him that her father died 12 years ago in a car accident. The Inspector
is amused by this fact. As their conversation develops, Mary
tells him that her father visited her sister Christina in a form of a ghost,
and indeed persuaded her to committee suicide and murder her son. Moreover,
Mary tells the inspector that her father also started visiting her and trying to persuade her to kill her
daughter and end her own life. She confesses that this has been going on for
weeks after the death of her sister.

At first Inspector
Harrington suspects that the
phenomenon of ghost-father is a well-orchestrated
spectacle of criminals, that
intended to assassinate Mary’s sister Christina. On the other hand he also

may be involved in a criminal plan
to bring her sister to suicide.
James decides to visit and investigate the house of the victim's sister Mary.
